Metsire Dental Online Shopping System allows a registered user to buy products online.
We use EBS (E-Billing Solutions) payment gateway for our transactions. This is a
completely secure system which uses seven server architecture model which helps
in better encryption of data which protects our users information. All the customer's
credit card authorization is done using the high-tech Axis, HDFC and Citibank's
secure servers and the same is encrypted before it is transmitted over the Internet
to the Acquiring Banks. Additionally EBS servers are behind security firewalls to
ensure maximum protection of your customer's information. This guarantees that your
information is inaccessible to any third party. EBS uses the best industry-standard
128 bit SSL (Standard Sockets Layer) Verisign Technology. Verisign, the world's
best and most trust worthy Net Authentication Agency which ensures the security
of the data.. Hacker Safe Secure Certificate ensure daily testing for online security.
Metsire Dental will never collect or store users card or bank information.

Step 1: Adding Items To Cart
A registered user in Metsire Dental website can browse the Products
and use the "Add To Cart" button to add the specific item to the cart.
"Cart(x)" on the top right of the website shows the number "(x)" of items in the cart.
User can add mulitple items to the cart.
User also get an option "Show Cart" next to the "Add To Cart" button immediately after adding an item to the cart.
Step 2: Review Items
When user is ready to purchase, click on "Cart(x)" on the top right of the website.
User can view, modify or delete the items or quntity in this page. To update quantity click on "Edit". Now the "Qty" will be avaialable
for you to modify. Once modified click on "Update" button next to textbox. Total price will be reflected accordingly. If you want to
delete an item, click on "Delete" link next to the total amount.
In this step your cart information is saved. If you decide to leave and come back your items will be retreived for you.
To chekcout user clicks on "Proceed To Checkout" button
Step 3: Place Order
In this step you can verify your shipping address, Total amount, Shipping cost, Tax and any special discounts if available to you.
User can modify shipping address if required.If we don't have your shipping address, you will be prompted to enter address.
This is a one time entry and will not be asked again.
Please make sure that shipping address matches or as close with your payment account's address information.
The billing address is used to prevent fraud by matching it to your account information by the payment gateway.
If the address is different, your order may take longer time to process since we need to verify the credentials used for payment are genuine.
If metsire can't verify, the order will be cancelled and payment will be refunded.
To make your payment, user click on "Place Your Order" button.
Step 4: Make Payment
User is now redirected through EBS Payment Gateway to Transaction Processing
Bank.
Here user enters credit card/payment details on Secured Payment page.
If prompted, always use COPY IT option from "My billing address is the same as my contact address. COPY IT over from the previous step."
Payment information is transmitted securely to the corresponding bank for
approval.
Corresponding bank sends appropriate information to the transaction
Processing bank .
The result is forwarded to EBS (via the Transaction Processing
Bank).
User receives a confirmation and is redirected to automatically to Metsire Dental website.
Step 5: Order Completed
User will receive an email notification with the order number and details. Metsire now process your order and will
be shipped. User will be notified via email and/or phone once we ship.

What is CVV/CVC?
It refers to Card Verification Value/Card Verification Code. It is a three digit number mentioned behind the Credit Card
which is used as security code for online transactions.
How safe it is to buy products using Pre-Paid Cards?
